New Deputy Lieutenants receive their commission parchments from the Lord Lieutenant

Dunbartonshire's new Deputy Lieutenants were presented with their commission parchments by Lord Lieutenant, Mrs Jill Young MBE at a ceremony in Glasgow's Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons on November 26th.
