The Dunbartonshire Lieutenancy
The first day of Spring was marked in East Dunbartonshire by a ceremony which saw ten new citizens of the United Kingdom.
The citizenship ceremony, at Kilmardinny House in Bearsden, was conducted by Registrar Christine Wilkie and comprised a reading of an oath of allegiance to His Majesty King Charles.
The ceremony also saw a statement of welcome from East Dunbartonshire's Provost, Gillian Renwick and Dunbartonshire Deputy Lieutenant, Major Mike Edwards OBE.
