A ceremony at Kilmardinny House in Bearsden on April 17th saw eight new UK citizens sworn-in.
The proceedings were led by registrar Christine Wilkie (pictured far left)and East Dunbartonshire Provost, Gillian Renwick (pictured second left.)
Anne Smillie DL (pictured far right) read a message of welcome from His Majesty, King Charles.
The new UK citizens have come to the UK from Argentina, Syria, India, Turkey, Trinidad and Tobago, Chile and Iran.
