The Dunbartonshire Lieutenancy remembers the Fallen

Lord Lieutenant, Mrs Jill Young MBE, lays a Remembrance wreath at the cenotaph in Helensburgh's Hermitage Park.
Afterwards she chatted with veterans, among them 99 year-old Royal Navy veteran Dennis Jones, known locally as Spike, who joined up in 1941 and served in the Fleet Air Arm during World War Two.
Mrs Young was joined at the ceremony by Lord-Lieutenant cadets, Cadet Sgt Olivia Winton and Cadet Petty Officer Joanne Durnan.
DL Pat Steel took part in the Remembrance Service at Bearsden War Memorial.
Major Mike Edwards OBE DL, laid a Remembrance wreath at the Shandon war memorial near Helensburgh.
Mark Billington DL took part in the Remembrance service and laid a wreath in Kirkintilloch.
Jim Rogers DL attended the service in Rhu, where he laid a wreath at the war memorial.
Commander James Leatherby DL laid a wreath at the Rosneath Castle Park American Cairn Remembrance Ceremony 
Tom Finnegan DL laid a wreath at the war memorial in Clydebank.
