On Saturday 1st October Deputy Lieutenant, Anne Smillie, attended the 26th annual Scottish TUC Black Workers Conference civic reception.
The reception was held in the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel and was hosted by Councillor Gurpreet Singh Johal on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Council.
Amongst those present were Jackie Baillie MSP for Dumbarton, Marie McNair, MSP for Clydebank and Milngavie, Sophie Traynor, Councillor for Clydebank Central and Jim McElhill, SNP Councillor
