New UK citizens sworn in at Helensburgh event

Two new UK citizens have been sworn in at a ceremony in Helensburgh's Civic Centre.

*LtR Celia Saxon-Kingstown, Professor Boyd*, *Charmaine Nonhebel*,

Celia Saxon-Kingstown, who is from St Vincent in the Caribbean, is a Leading Hand in the Royal Navy.

Charmaine Nonhebel is originally from India.

The new citizens were presented with a commemorative coin from Argyll and Bute Council and a message of welcome from King Charles and Queen Camilla was read by Dunbartonshire Deputy Lieutenant, Professor Elaine Boyd OBE.
